The KEY TO BUYER SUCCESS in franchising is ensuring a “good fit” between buyers and the seller’s system and that may be the most important service you’ll find we provide. That fit is a mutual evaluation by buyer and seller before any franchise is awarded. We know the selection process and want to ensure your best chances for success. From the time of our first contact, new buyers usually require 30-45 days to investigate their best-suited business models and prepare for making a buying decision. We’ll begin with an in-depth conversation about what you want a business to do for you and how you want to run the business. Next, you’ll complete a confidential worksheet about your needs and goals, as well as your financial position – amount of investment, assets and liabilities, borrowing ability, etc. That information will be shared with NO other party until you’re ready to move forward. Then, we’ll talk again and begin our research into the best business models suited for your needs and aspirations. All of our discussions include significant family members and business partners, if any.
Within 5 business days, the team at Sword Franchise Consultants will locate the most promising franchises and speak with the sellers on your behalf and will make a presentation of all the businesses selected for your due diligence investigation. We’ll assist you in obtaining and understanding the business system as the seller outlines in their Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC). We want you to understand completely information about the 23 items about your new business, legally required to be in a UFOC.

By the end of your investigation and physical visit with the company (called Discovery Day), you will be fully prepared to make the right buying decision. Contract signing, financing, training and preparations for your franchise opening will be arranged on a schedule you make with the seller...and we’ll be with you at every step.
